No.2127 Hail, the risen Lord! ( Steven Ponsford)
Written along similar lines to an earlier published work by the composer (Fanfare to Worship - G.S. 2032), Hail, the risen Lord! is celebratory music intended to herald the good news of Easter morning and uses the song 'See, what a morning' in a fanfare arrangement to this end.
No.2128 Dance-beat (Pal Sharman)
This piece was written for the ISB 120 concert at the Royal Albert Hall in June 2011 in a style reminiscent of the popular bandleader James Last and brings together three songs; 'Teach me to dance', 'Jesus, name above all names' and 'Sing and make music'.
No.2129 March - Charlotte Celebration (Stephen Bulla)
In 2009, The Salvation Army in Charlotte (North Carolina) hosted its first 'Brass Spectacular' event. Stephen Bulla wrote two pieces for the concert. The first, 'Intrada on Monkland', has already been published (G.S.2089). The second is this exciting march, which features the chorus of the gospel song, 'I love to tell the story'.
