A huge improvement on the older version. Many new arrangements and in a very welcome A4 format for my tired old eyes. All the old favourites are there and several more up to date songs that younger generations will appreciate. Just have to learn a whole new set of song numbers now!
This is a really useful collection which sounds good with any combination of instruments. Part 3 in the alto clef would be handy, as this is included in the earlier Christmas Praise edition and the baritone part could easily be converted using the usual program. Thank you for a lovely seasonal set.

I am really looking forward to trying these new pieces with our band, but although I ordered large print, this book came in march card size.
Overall it's fine. The newly added pieces update it and the longer items at the back are really useful for small concerts with a cut down band. Some very good arrangements there. One major gripe though - and it's definitely not just me. The euph part. It's virtually unreadable at times. If I feel the need to play the tune for a verse or two, or even the entire set, I'll... use a cornet 1 book. As it is, you're left to grapple with intertwining lines of tiny notes in what is generally unrehearsed sight reading, and frequently in not best lit of conditions. Nightmare! Any chance of you producing a euphonium only copy to save the struggle?
